Campaign Analytics: Extended Historical Reporting

Access up to 24 months of campaign performance data — up from the previous 6-month limit.

What changed

Campaign Analytics previously allowed reporting for a maximum of 6 months. You can now select reporting windows of Last 12 months or Last 24 months directly from the date range picker, enabling longer-term trend analysis and year-over-year comparisons.

How to Use Extended Reporting

  1. Go to Analytics in your BulkSignature dashboard.

  1. Click the date range picker in the top-right corner of the page (e.g. Feb 05 – Mar 06).

  1. From the left-hand quick-select list, choose one of the new options:

  • Last 12 months

  • Last 24 months

  1. Alternatively, use the calendar to set a custom date range spanning up to 24 months.

  1. The chart and metrics (Total Views, Total Clicks, Click-Through Rate) will refresh automatically for the selected period.

Why It Matters

  • Compare campaign performance across full annual cycles

  • Identify seasonal trends and long-term engagement patterns

  • Support annual reporting and stakeholder reviews with richer data

  • Export extended data using the Export button for use in external reports

Note: Growth percentages shown in Campaign Analytics always compare the selected period to the equivalent preceding period of the same length
