Dynamic field groups (First Name, Job Title, Phone, etc.) that automatically populate per user.
2. Conversational "Ask AI" Assistant
Designing a signature is now as simple as having a conversation. Open the "Ask AI" panel and type a prompt like: "Give me a clean layout with a logo on the left, my title, and a phone number." The AI builds it instantly. Want to tweak it? Just type "add social icons" or "add an email row" to refine the design conversationally.
3. Smart Layout Tailoring (Primary vs. Reply)
Keep your threads clean. You can now design your Primary signatures and Reply/Forward signatures separately. By default, your Reply signature mirrors the Primary design until you decide to slim it down for ongoing email chains.
4. Brand controls that keep everything consistent
Lock in your look from one place. The General Settings panel puts your brand at your fingertips:
Typography — set your font family and base font size.
Colors — define your text, link, and accent colors. Your accent color flows through dividers, social icons, and contact-field icons automatically, unless a widget overrides it.
The Standout Feature: Perfect Precision in Light & Dark Mode
The most frustrating part of modern email design is dark mode. A signature that looks stunning on a bright screen can completely disappear or look broken when an email recipient uses a dark theme.
The new Live Preview panel solves this with absolute precision.

You can now toggle your live preview between Desktop vs. Mobile layouts, AND instantly switch between Light vs. Dark Mode.
Draft now, publish when you're ready
Name each signature set for easy tracking in your signatures list, audit logs, and reports. Save as Draft to keep iterating, then hit Save and Publish to push it live the moment it's ready.
