How to use templates to create your first email signature?
In BulkSignature you can find a great number of email signature templates that you can make use of. Using the available templates you can even create your own email signature that will reflect your brand identity. Here’s how you can use email signature templates in BulkSignature.
Access Signature Management in BulkSignature.
Click Add Signature.
In the editor's upper right, click "Select Template" and choose a design that suits your needs.
Use the editing panel to quickly set the foundational style:
Adjust the Font Size, Font Family, and all text colors.
Set the Icon Size, Icon Color, and Icon Shape for all social media and navigation elements.
Hit "Insert the Template" to finalize the base design.
Continue any final, detailed adjustments directly within the HTML editor before saving your changes and applying the signature to your users.
How to use your own HTML code?
If you have a pre-designed email signature template in an HTML format you can easily insert it into BulkSignature’s email signature editor.
1. Access the BulkSignature app.
2. Go to Signature Management.
3. Click Add Signature.
4. Above the editor, locate two buttons Design and Source.
5. Click on the Source button.
6. Insert your HTML code.
7. Hit Design to preview your email signature.
8. Make sure you replace the personal details with the attributes from the User Info section.
How to create an email signature from scratch?
Creating an email signature from scratch is a relatively easy task that just requires enough attention and patience.
Set Up the Layout
Insert Table: Click the Table (🪟) icon and select a 2x3 grid.
Adjust Sections: Slide the middle separator to the left or right to create space for your Profile Photo and Personal Details.
Configure Properties: Right-click the table and select Table Properties:
Dimensions: Set Width to 500px and Height to 150px.
Borders: Set Border Width to 0 for a clean look.
2. Add Contact Details
Drag and drop attributes from the User Info panel. For the best visual hierarchy, use these suggested font sizes:
Name:
{FirstName} {LastName}— 18ptTitle:
{JobTitle} | {Department}— 14ptDetails:
{Email},{Phone}, and{Address}— 12pt
3. Add Social Media Icons
Navigate to the Widgets tab.
Drag and drop your chosen social icons into the signature.
Customize: Use the edit panel to change icon size, color, and alignment.
Links: The URLs for your social icons will populate automatically
