Connecting BulkSignature to Microsoft 365

To enable automated signature syncing across your organization, you must first link your Microsoft 365 tenant with BulkSignature. This process requires Global Administrator permissions.

Step 1: Authenticate with Microsoft 365 AD

  1. Open the Setup Progress menu in your BulkSignature dashboard.

  2. Select the first step: Microsoft 365 AD.

  3. Click the blue "Connect With Microsoft Admin" button.

    Step 2: Sign In

  1. You will be redirected to the standard Microsoft sign-in portal.

  2. Enter your Global Admin credentials.

  3. Once authenticated, your tenant will be linked, and BulkSignature will begin syncing user data for your email signatures.
