To enable automated signature syncing across your organization, you must first link your Microsoft 365 tenant with BulkSignature. This process requires Global Administrator permissions.
Step 1: Authenticate with Microsoft 365 AD
Open the Setup Progress menu in your BulkSignature dashboard.
Select the first step: Microsoft 365 AD.
Click the blue "Connect With Microsoft Admin" button.
Step 2: Sign In
You will be redirected to the standard Microsoft sign-in portal.
Enter your Global Admin credentials.
Once authenticated, your tenant will be linked, and BulkSignature will begin syncing user data for your email signatures.
