What Happens to Your Previous Email Signatures

When BulkSignature deploys new signatures to your users' Gmail accounts, it does not overwrite or delete existing signatures. To ensure a smooth transition, please keep the following in mind:

Signature Naming Convention

All signatures installed via BulkSignature are titled "My Signature" within Gmail settings. Any signatures previously created manually or by other third-party tools will remain in the account under their original names.

Recommended Pre-Installation Steps

To prevent confusion and ensure users don't accidentally select an outdated signature, we strongly recommend manually removing all old signatures from Gmail before beginning the BulkSignature installation process..

If "My Signature" does not show up in your Gmail settings, try following the steps below:

  1. Go to Signature Management.

  2. Locate your email signature.

  3. Click Re-Sync.
    ​


    Once your email signature has been re-installed, please refresh your Gmail tab and compose a new message to verify that the changes are appearing correctly.
