How to Manage User Access in BulkSignature?

In BulkSignature there are four roles that have different permissions and limitations.

To invite and set roles for the selected users you need to have super admin privileges in Google Workspace and follow the further steps below:

  1. Access the BulkSignature app.

  2. Go to Settings from the top menu.

  3. Click on the User Access Management section.

  4. Hit Invite Users in the top right corner.

  5. Enter the email or name of the users you want to add and select their role.

  6. Set their role.

  7. Click Invite.

The Status column displays the status of the invitation.

If you have just invited the user but they didn't accept the invitation and they didn't log in to the web app yet, this user's status will be Pending.

The status of the users who have accessed the BulkSignature through the invitation link will become Active. Active status users can manage the signatures and they can also make changes to company information and employees in the Company Data section.

In the updated version of BulkSignature you can select roles for the users so that you can see which user is responsible for what. Among the available roles are:

  1. Administrator

  2. Manager

  3. Designer

  4. Billing

You can delete a user by pressing the Delete button. The deleted users will no longer be able to access the web app.

To invite a user, click Invite User and start typing the name/email address of the users you want to provide with permission from the dropdown list.

The invited user will receive an email with an activation code. After the activation, users will be able to log in.
