BulkSignature offers four distinct roles to help you delegate management tasks securely. While specific permissions vary, every role is granted access to the Settings menu for basic account navigation.

Prerequisite: To invite users and assign roles, you must hold Global Administrator privileges in Microsoft 365 and follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Access the BulkSignature app.

  2. Go to Settings from the top menu.

  3. Click on the User Access Management section.

  4. Hit Invite Users in the top right corner.

  5. Enter the email or name of the users you want to add and select their role.

  6. Set their role.

  7. Click Invite.

Use roles to securely distribute your workload. This ensures your team can manage their specific areas—like design or finance—without accessing restricted company data or global system settings

Administrator

The Administrator holds full authority within BulkSignature, equivalent to a Global Admin in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. This role has unrestricted access to all features and system configurations.

Manager

The Manager role is a specialized administrative role focused on data oversight and signature deployment. This role is slightly more limited than an Administrator, specifically regarding core system settings.

Designer

The Designer role is dedicated to the visual and performance aspects of your email signatures. To maintain data privacy, Designers cannot access sensitive company data or billing information.

Accountant

The Accountant role is restricted to financial and billing oversight. This role ensures that your payment processing is handled securely without granting access to signature or user data.
