Admins can now control which Google Workspace Super Admins and Microsoft 365 Global Admins can access BulkSignature. Now being a Super Admin or Global Admin does not guarantee automatic access to manage signatures.
Before
Every Super Admin (Google Workspace) or Global Admin (Microsoft 365) in your organization could log in to BulkSignature and modify signatures by default. There was no way to limit this, even when some admins had no need to manage email signatures. Now Admins can select which Super Admins and Global Admins are allowed to access BulkSignature.
What Changed
If a Super Admin or Global Admin is not specifically granted access, they cannot log in or make changes, regardless of their directory-level privileges. How invited users are affected Invited users—people who are not Super Admins or Global Admins but were given access within BulkSignature—are unaffected. They can still log in and use BulkSignature as usual.
Why it matters
Tighter control means only those who manage signatures can access the tool.
Reduced risk prevents undesired changes from admins who do not need to be in the tool
Clearer ownership shows who is responsible for managing signatures in your organization
Getting started
To manage admin access, go to Settings -> User Access Permissions, and set which Super Admins or Global Admins should have access to BulkSignature.
