To log in and use the application, you must have super admin privileges in the Google Admin Console.
If you have super admin privileges, you can access BulkSignature:
From your Gmail's list of applications, scroll all the way down to find the app.
2. By going to https://bulksignature.com/ and clicking on Login in the top right corner. (NOTE: You must use your super admin account)
How many super admins are allowed on Google Workspace?
Your Google Workspace account will have at least one super admin, typically the person who created the account.
Google Workspace recommends having an additional super admin role in your organization for added security in case one of the super administrators cannot access the system.
You have the ability to assign administrator roles to anyone in Google Workspace.
How to share user access to BulkSignature without assigning super admin privileges?
If you prefer not to give admin access to Google Workspace users for BulkSignature, you can grant access to BulkSignature specifically in the Settings.
In the Settings tab, you can provide access to users who are not Google Workspace admins, such as designers and developers.
Step 1. Log in to BulkSignature.
Step 2. Go to Settings.
Step 3. Click on Manage User Permissions in the menu on the left.
Step 4. In the top right corner click Invite User.
Step 5. Click on Select a user to invite.
Step 6. Type in the name or select from the given list.
Step 7. Click on Select a role for the User.
Step 8. Choose an appropriate role from the given list.
Step 9. Click Invite.
