Why You Get Import Error and How to Fix It?

Import Errors typically occur due to changes in administrative permissions. Specifically, if the user who originally installed BulkSignature loses their Super Admin privileges, the application will no longer have the necessary access to sync your data.



The Data Import process on BulkSignature is enabled by Google Workspace API, which uses super admins' emails to transfer the data from your Google Workspace to BulkSignature.

When the super admin loses the privileges BulkSignature cannot authenticate the admin and the data can no longer be imported.

SOLUTION: For now there is no better solution to the problem than to simply reach out and inform us of the super admin changes so that we can include the information about the new super admin on our end.
