Once you have linked your Microsoft 365 tenant, the next phase is to deploy the BulkSignature Add-in as an Integrated App. This ensures the signature is automatically installed for your users without them needing to do it manually.

1. In the BulkSignature dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.

2. In the setup sidebar, select Outlook Add-in.

3. You will see two installation options (see below).

There are two ways to install the BulkSignature Add-in. Choose the method that best fits your organization's needs.

Option A: Deploy for All Users via Admin Center (Recommended)

This method is recommended for organizations as it automatically deploys the add-in to all users, requiring no action on their part.

Note: You must have Global Administrator or Exchange Administrator permissions to perform this deployment.

  1. Select Deployment: Click Install next to "Deploy for all users via Admin Portal."

  2. Redirect to Microsoft 365: You will be redirected to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, where the Integrated Apps deployment wizard will open automatically.

  3. Select Deployment Scope: Choose the appropriate audience for the rollout:

    • Entire organization: For a full rollout to every user.

    • Specific users/groups: Recommended for a pilot test or a staged rollout to limited departments.

  4. Authorize & Deploy: Click Update (or Finish) to authorize BulkSignature to deploy signature files directly to users' Outlook clients.

Option B: Install via Microsoft AppSource

This method is recommended for individual users or smaller teams looking for a quick, self-service installation directly to their own Outlook accounts.

Access AppSource: Click Install next to the "Get from Microsoft AppSource" option.

  1. Get the Add-in: You will be redirected to the official Microsoft AppSource store.

  2. Complete the Setup: Click Get it now and follow the brief on-screen prompts. The BulkSignature add-in will be added to your account and available in your Outlook ribbon immediately.

Before finishing this stage, please confirm your environment meets these standards:

  • The user must have a Microsoft 365 subscription that includes Outlook Classic or Outlook Desktop.

  • This configuration must be completed by a Global Administrator.
