BulkSignature is designed to automatically update and sync email signatures every 24 hours. While the synchronization happens in the background via the Gmail API, there are specific conditions regarding when those changes become visible to your users.
β
The 24-Hour Sync Cycle
The tool automatically pushes updates to the Gmail settings of all managed users once every 24 hours. Because this process relies on the Gmail API, there may be a slight propagation delay before the update is finalized on Google's servers.
β
How to Make Changes Visible
Even after BulkSignature successfully pushes an update, the new signature may not appear immediately due to browser caching. To see the updated signature, users must trigger a refresh of the Gmail interface. This can be done in two ways:
Browser Refresh: Simply reloading the Gmail tab in the browser will fetch the latest settings and display the new signature.
Session Update: Log out and back into your Google account to force a refresh of all Gmail settings.
