Employee Setup Guide: Syncing Your Google Workspace Signature to Outlook

Why You Need This App

Your organization manages team accounts through Google Workspace, but if you prefer using the Microsoft Outlook desktop app instead of Gmail, your email signature won't sync automatically on its own.

The BulkSignature Desktop App bridges this gap. It runs quietly on your computer to automatically download your official company signature from Google Workspace and keep it updated in Outlook.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, ensure you have:

  • An active organization Google Workspace account.

  • Windows (Windows 10 or later) or macOS installed on your computer.

  • The Microsoft Outlook desktop application.

Setup Instructions

Follow the steps below for your computer's operating system.

For Windows Users (Outlook Classic)

  1. Download the App

    Download the installer file from this link: https://bulksignature.com/api/download/agent

  2. Install the App

    Install the desktop app on your computer.


  3. Login with Your Google Workspace Account

    Click the BulkSignature icon in the taskbar and log in using your Google account


  4. Click "Setup Signature"

    After clicking "Setup Signature", your signature will be created and installed in Outlook. It will be automatically overwritten within 24 hours.


    For Mac Users (Outlook for Mac)

    1. Download & Install

    Download the macOS agent from https://bulksignature.com/api/download/agent

    2. Install the app

    Install the desktop app on your computer.



    3. Login with your Google Workspace Account

    Click the BulkSignature icon in the taskbar and log in using your Google account.


    4.Click "Setup Signature"

    After clicking "Setup Signature", your signature will be created and installed in Outlook. It will be automatically overwritten within 24 hours.


    5.Choose your BulkSignature signature

    In Outlook, create a new email, go to "Signatures", and choose "Manage Signatures".



    6.Set as default signatures

    Set BulkSignature as the default in the signature dropdown for new and reply/forward emails.
