How to See the Number of Imported Users/Groups
Users
Here you can see the total number of users in your company (including suspended users).
BulkSignature imports users who have active or suspended Microsoft 365 accounts.
Your users will not be imported if some of them have multiple domains or domain aliases.

Groups
It shows the number of groups in your company. Please note that with BulkSignature, it is only possible to assign a signature to individual members within a group, and not to the group email as a whole.
Users
Here you can see the total number of users in your organization.
BulkSignature imports users who have an active or licensed Microsoft 365 account.
Note on Aliases: Users will be imported using their Primary SMTP address. If a user has multiple proxy addresses (aliases), BulkSignature syncs the primary one to ensure your directory remains organized.
You can manage your user list and primary addresses via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Groups
This section shows the number of groups (Security Groups or Microsoft 365 Groups) in your organization.
Please note that with BulkSignature, it is only possible to assign a signature to individual members within a group, and not to the group email address itself.
This allows you to manage signatures by department (e.g., Marketing, Sales) by simply selecting the corresponding Microsoft group.
