How to copy an email signature?

BulkSignature has an email signature copy functionality that allows you to duplicate any existing email signature and use it for your needs.

This way, for example, you can create a custom email signature that will be based on the global email signature template. You will be able to save time, and you won't have to change the design drastically.

To copy the email signature, you need to:

  1. Go to Signature Management.

  2. Locate the signature you want to duplicate.

  3. Hit Copy next to it.

  4. Select the copy and edit the template to your needs.

  5. Select the users that you would like to assign the email signatures to.

  6. Hit Save and assign.
