If you encounter an unexpected error when attempting to log into your account, the issue can usually be resolved by performing standard troubleshooting within your Google Chrome browser.
Please try the two common solutions below.
β
Solution 1: Clear Your Browser Cache
Over time, your browser stores temporary files to help websites load faster. If Chrome's cache becomes full or stores outdated information, it can block your login attempt.
β
How to fix it:
Open Google Chrome.
Click the three vertical dots (More menu) in the top-right corner of your browser window.
Select Clear browsing data.
Choose a time range (we recommend selecting All time).
Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click the Clear data button.
Restart your browser and try logging in again.

β
Solution 2: Check for Conflicting Google Profiles
If you have multiple Google accounts saved on the same computer, it can cause account conflicts. If your login details are saved under one profile, but you are actively using a different profile, Chrome might automatically switch accounts when you click "Log in," resulting in an error.
β
How to fix it:
Verify your active profile: Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of Chrome to ensure you are using the correct profile for the account you want to access.
Try Incognito Mode: To bypass saved profiles entirely, open an Incognito window. Click the three vertical dots in the top right and select New Incognito window. Try logging into your account from this private window.
