Images like a profile photo, logo, or banner make your email signature look polished and on-brand. This article covers how to upload a user profile image in BulkSignature, the file size limits to keep in mind, and what to do if an image won't upload or doesn't display correctly.
Uploading a User Profile Image
BulkSignature lets you add a profile photo for each user. To upload one:
Open the BulkSignature app.
Go to Company Data.
Select the user you want to add a photo to.
Click Upload picture.
Drag and drop your image, or select the file from your computer.
Click Save.
File size requirements
The maximum file size you can upload is 5 MB.
For email signatures, we recommend keeping images under 1 MB so they load quickly and display reliably.
If your image is larger than 5 MB, use the built-in cropping tool when uploading it can significantly reduce the file size so your image fits within the limit.
Fixing Image Upload Issues
If your image won't upload, doesn't appear, or doesn't look right, you may run into symptoms like these:
The image doesn't upload at all
The image doesn't show in the signature
An image added from Google Drive doesn't show in the signature
The only available option is to upload by URL
The image appears as a question mark or a broken-image icon
The image is the wrong size or can't be formatted
Most of these are browser-related ,caused by cached data, blocked cookies, or Google Drive sharing settings. A few quick BulkSignature fixes to try first:
Delete the image and re-upload it to clear out a corrupted or partial upload.
Use a different upload method ,for example, upload the file directly instead of by URL.
Use the recommended image size, since an image that's too large or too small can display incorrectly.
For the browser-side steps clearing your cache, adjusting cookie settings, checking Google Drive permissions, or trying an incognito window or a different browser follow Google's detailed guidance: Fix problems with signature images Google Mail Help.
