To ensure your images upload correctly and display perfectly in emails, please follow these specifications:
You won't be able to upload files larger than 5 MB
The suggested file size for email signature is less than 1 MB.
How to Upload User Profile Photo?
To upload a user profile photo via BulkSignature follow the steps:
Access the BulkSignature app.
Go to Company Data.
Select the user from the list that you would like to upload the profile photo to.
Click Upload picture.
Drag and drop or select the file.
Hit Save.
