How to Delete or Restore Users in BulkSignature

In BulkSignature, deleting a user does more than just remove them from your current view—it adds them to an Exclusion List. This ensures that the user does not reappear during your next Google Workspace import, even if their Google account is still active.

How to Delete Users

The Delete functionality is intended for accounts that do not require signatures, such as "no-reply" or service email addresses.

  1. Navigate to your Company Users list.

  2. Select the user(s) you wish to remove.

  3. Click the Delete button.

  4. The user is now moved to the Exclusion List and will be ignored during future imports.


How to Restore Users

If you accidentally deleted a user or need to include a previously excluded user in future imports, you can restore them instantly. You no longer need to contact support to manage your exclusion list.

  1. Go to the Company Users page.

  2. Locate and click the Restore button at the top of the interface.

  3. Select the user(s) you wish to bring back from the exclusion list.

  4. Click Restore.

  5. The user is added to your active list.
