How to Make Your Address Lines Link to Google Maps

Including a clickable map link in your email signature is a best practice that makes it easier for clients to find your office. While BulkSignature does not currently automate this, you can easily set it up manually by following these steps:

Let's have a closer look at all the steps:

  1. Open the BulkSignature app and navigate to Signature Management.

  2. Edit Signature Select the signature template you wish to update.

  3. Highlight Placeholder Locate and select your address placeholder (e.g., {CompanyAddress}).

  4. Insert Link right-click the highlighted text and select Link.

  5. In the URL field, paste the Google Maps base URL

  6. Save: Click Save & Assign.

  7. Use the Preview mode to click the link and ensure it directs to the correct location.

  8. If the link changes your text color automatically, simply highlight the placeholder again and use the Text Color tool to match your brand's design.
