Maintaining consistent company information is essential for unified branding across all email signatures. In BulkSignature, you can manage shared data such as company addresses, phone numbers, social media links, and more. By setting these fields once, BulkSignature can automatically populate them across all user signatures, streamlining the creation process.
On this page, you can input certain company details that will be used to create signature templates. Since the company information will be the same for all employees, you can define common fields here to automate the process of creating signatures. Common details such as {CompanyName} and {CompanyAddress} will be shared by all employees, while fields like {FirstName} and {LastName} will be personalized for each user.
Company Name and Website
The Company Name and Website fields are typically entered manually in BulkSignature, as Microsoft 365 does not automatically provide this data. Ensure that website URLs start with https:// to be recognized correctly.
Address
The Company Address must be manually entered in BulkSignature, as Microsoft 365 does not provide automatic retrieval of company address data. Once defined, it can be referenced in signature templates using the {CompanyAddress} placeholder.
Phone, Fax, Social
Shared fields such as Phone, Fax, and Social Media links can be defined once and used across all user signatures. These fields can be referenced using the following placeholders:

Note: If individual users require unique social media links, create custom fields under their user profiles instead.
