The easiest way to get started is to import your employee details directly from Microsoft 365. This saves you from manual entry and ensures your email signatures stay accurate.
Once you log in for the first time, the app will take you straight to the Company Data tab. From there, just click Import Now to pull your team's information into BulkSignature.
The Import Now button runs in the background, so you don’t have to wait around. If your Microsoft 365 tenant has a large number of users, the import might take a few minutes to finish.
Feel free to move on and explore other features while the system works—your user list in the Company Data tab will update automatically in real-time as your team members are brought over.
NOTE: Any changes you make to user details will not be transferred back to the Microsoft 365 Admin center.
How to update user information?
To update user information, click the import now button whenever you make changes in the Microsoft 365 Admin center or enable the automatic import function in Settings:
Step 1. Go to Settings in BulkSignature.
Step 2. Click General Settings.
Step 3. Enable Import users automatically by clicking on the toggle next to the feature.
NOTE: Data scans run every 24 hours, but you can trigger a sync anytime by clicking Import Now. Most changes update immediately, though please allow a short window for Microsoft to process recent Admin Center updates.
