BulkSignature has always let you add your own images to a signature. What was missing was the ability to use those images as icons inside the icon set itself, sized and shaped like the rest, and available every time you need them.
That is what this release adds. You can now upload your own image and use it wherever the editor offers an icon: a standalone icon, a button, your contact details, or your social links.
Uploading and framing
Open any icon selector in the editor and scroll to the Custom section. Select the upload box, choose an image from your computer, and a short framing step opens before the icon is added.
There you can position a square frame over the part of the image you want to keep and rotate the image if needed. This matters most for wide images or logos that aren't cropped tightly instead of being squeezed to fit, they are trimmed to the area you choose.
Consistent sizing
A custom icon should not look out of place beside the ones we provide. We size and trim every upload so it occupies the same visual space as the built-in icons, whether your original image is small or surrounded by empty margins. Placed next to a Facebook or LinkedIn icon, your own mark sits at the same scale.
Custom icons also support the same three shapes as the rest of the set square, rounded, and circle and switch between them instantly.
A reusable library
Every icon you upload is saved to your account's icon library. It remains available across sessions and across signatures, so a logo only needs to be uploaded once. Icons you no longer need can be removed permanently.
Libraries are kept separate by company: on a team account, your uploads are visible only within your own organization.
Custom social buttons
Custom icons can be used in the social links section as well. Add one, enter the URL it should point to, and reposition it among your other social icons. It behaves exactly like the built-in options, including reordering and removal.
Requesting an icon
If you are looking for a brand or symbol that isn't in the set, the Custom section includes a short request field. Requests are reviewed, and they play a meaningful part in deciding which icons we add next.
Getting started
Open the signature editor, add an icon, button, contact field, or social row, and look for the Custom section. If you have a logo ready, it can be in your signature in a few clicks.
Once your layout looks crisp, preview it across mobile and web views before publishing it to your team or organization.
