When a user hasn't uploaded a profile photo to their Google account, your signature might display a blank space or a broken icon. To maintain a professional look, you can set a Default Image (or a company logo) that only appears when a user photo is missing.

To set up the if condition for the profile image follow the steps
We have simplified the process for managing profile images. You no longer need to write manual code or use complex If/Else logic tags. You can now manage image visibility directly within the Signature Editor settings.

Steps to Configure:
Go to Signature Management
Drag and drop the Profile Photo element into your layout.
Select the photo element and navigate to the Visibility menu.
Select one of the following options:
Use the company logo if photo is not uploaded
Use custom image if photo is not uploaded
5. Use the Signature Preview dropdown to toggle between different employees and confirm that the fallback image (logo or custom icon) appears correctly for those without a profile photo.
