BulkSignature can selectively import users from specific organizational units (OUs) or Google groups, rather than importing your entire directory. This is useful when you only need to manage email signatures for certain departments or teams.
Prerequisites
This feature must be enabled by the BulkSignature support team. Contact [email protected] to request activation.
Once enabled, import times may approximately double due to additional queries to the Google Workspace API.
Use either organizational units or groups to control access — do not mix both methods.
The super admin account must belong to an organizational unit that has BulkSignature access enabled.
Option 1: Import by Organizational Unit
Sign in to admin.google.com.
Go to Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps → Apps List.
Select BulkSignature (Email Signature Management for Gmail).
Click the User Access tab.
Click View organizational units and groups.
For each organizational unit you want to import into BulkSignature, set the app distribution to ON.
For any organizational unit you want to exclude, set the app distribution to OFF.
Click Override / Save to apply your changes.

Option 2: Import by Google Group
If you have turned off BulkSignature for organizational units, you can enable access for specific Google groups instead.
Sign in to admin.google.com.
Go to Apps → Google Workspace Marketplace apps → Apps List → BulkSignature.
Click the User Access tab.
Click View organizational units and groups.
In the Groups section, click Search for a group and search by group name or email address.
Hover over the row for the group you want to include and click Turn On.
Note: Only groups created in the Google Admin console can be used as access groups. Groups created in Google Groups for discussion purposes will not appear in the search results. Additionally, you can turn on group access but you cannot selectively turn off individual groups to exclude them from import.
